About the Role:

Permanent full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 1am to 9am

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team!

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our morning warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll lead our AM Pickers and Drivers, coordinate orders and dispatch, and make sure our team delivers the quality and service our customers know us for.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and getting stuck in alongside the team.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading and supporting our AM warehouse team, including Pickers and Drivers
- Taking ownership of Saturday morning operations, from staffing and picking through to dispatch
- Keeping orders moving efficiently, accurately and on time
- Coordinating driver runs and working with external logistics providers
- Supporting stocktakes, inventory accuracy and stock rotation
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, HACCP, GMP and housekeeping




- Providing hands-on training, guidance and support to team members
- Working closely with management to keep warehouse operations running smoothly

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a Team Leader or supervisory role
- A valid forklift licence
- Robust communication skills and the confidence to lead a team
- Experience with stock control, order fulfilment and dispatch
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to getting things done
- Someone who leads by example, values teamwork and takes safety seriously
- Reliability and flexibility to work the Tuesday to Saturday early morning roster
- Experience in fresh produce, food distribution or a fast-paced warehouse environment would be a bonus!
