We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our vibrant community in 2027. This position is a full time 1.0 FTE fixed-term parental leave position, commencingin Term 1 on Wednesday 27 January 2027 until the end of the 2027 school year.

Special Requirements:

- a love of learning and teaching
- knowledge of contemporary pedagogies
- committed to collaborative planning and working in teams
- able to respond to the differing learning needs and strengths of all children within a class
- ability to effectively communicate with parents and support home-school partnerships
- foster positive relationships between students, families, parish and wider community
- hold a current teacher registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- completed a Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification
- have an understanding of and commitment to the Catholic identity, ethos and culture of the school
- accreditation to teach religious education in a Catholic school (or working towards this)
- experience with and/or a commitment to, the IB PYP is highly desirable but not required
- sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
