Albury Wodonga Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support the Blackwood Cottage team in a residential aged care setting. The role focuses on person-centred care, leading and mentoring staff, and ensuring protected, compassionate, individualized care for residents.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, contribute to service planning and evaluation, and help foster a positive team culture while driving continuous improvement in care delivery.
