operating and maintaining lamination machinery while meeting strict quality standards, production deadlines and customer specifications in accordance with applicable Pinnacle Bakery and Integrated Ingredients specifications and benchmarks.

Key Accountabilities

- Place or deposit product onto the production line.
- Mix and prepare ingredients according to recipe instructions, ensuring the end product meets specifications.
- Maintain layer integrity by ensuring precise fat-to-dough ratios and layer distribution as per process specification sheets.
- Complete 100% of pre-start food safety checks, ensuring no chemical residues from sanitation remain on rollers, belts or reduction gears.
- Execute allergen washdowns and line clearing procedures when transitioning between recipes.
- Minimise downtime by achieving 95% or higher machine uptime through proactive mechanical adjustments and synchronised line speeds.
- Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, procedures and legislation.
- Regularly inspect and report OHS hazards, incidents or near misses in the work area.
- Clean up spills immediately in accordance with procedures.
- Dispose of waste appropriately.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, safety-focused and thrives in a quick-paced environment. The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Certificate in Food Safety.
- First Aid Certificate Level 2 or above.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Clear and confident English communication skills.
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
