Charterhouse is seeking a fast, adaptable Change Manager to join a large enterprise Salesforce program in its hypercare phase. You’ll lead change, coordinate with the Instructional Designer and Business Analyst, and drive adoption across 20+ user groups with wide-ranging Salesforce usage.

You’ll turn input from the team into clear, practical change activity, support process improvements and system enhancements, and stay flexible as priorities shift.
