eCommerce Operations Coordinator - Online Marketplaces (Furniture)

Priceworth Furniture (iFlow Network Pty Ltd, part of the HEQS Group) supplies furniture and homewares to Australia's leading online retailers on a dropship basis, including Temple & Webster, Fantastic Furniture, Bunnings Marketplace, Kmart, Freedom, BIG W Market, Harvey Norman and Amazon. We ship from our own warehouses in NSW, VIC and QLD.

This is a hands-on operations role. You'll help keep our online retail accounts running smoothly every day: orders out on time, claims prepared properly, listings accurate and retailer queries answered fast. You'll work with our offshore customer service team and our warehouses, following clear procedures and escalating decisions to your manager.

What you'll do

- Handle day-to-day operations with our online retail partners through their seller portals and support desks
- Prepare retailer credit claims, returns and refund cases: gather proof of delivery, photos and warehouse inspection results against our checklist, and elevate a recommended outcome for approval
- Follow up escalated customer issues: missing items, damaged or replacement parts, assembly questions and wrong deliveries
- Liaise with our warehouses and carriers (AusPost, Allied Express, Toll, Hunter Express) on pick-ups, replacements and returns, and chase anything that's stuck
- Keep product listings accurate: product data, dimensions, images, stock feeds and retailer templates
- Enter retailer promotions (Black Friday, EOFY, flash sales) accurately and on time




- Work alongside our offshore team on tickets, pick-up bookings and order processing, and flag issues to your manager
- Prepare a weekly report on open tickets, claims, late dispatches and listing issues, using Excel and AI tools

What you'll bring

Essential: 2+ years' Australian work experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations, retail or online customer service, claims/returns, order management or logistics. You'll be dealing daily with Australian retailers, carriers and consumer guarantee (ACL) claims

Preferred: experience in the furniture, homewares or interiors industry

Willingness to learn and use AI tools for reporting and managing workload

Clear, professional written English. Most of the job is done by email with retailer teams

Organised and calm under volume, with robust attention to detail

A stable career history and full Australian work rights

What success looks like

- Every credit claim prepared and escalated within the retailer's deadline, helping keep claims at or below 3% of sales
- Retailer tickets answered within 1 business day, and no retailer warnings for late dispatch or data issues
- Out-of-stock rate on live listings under 5%
