We are looking to recruit a friendly, organised Receptionists to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a excellent working environment with a small and close-knit team who love supporting each other and working together

This is a front-facing role. You will be the first point of contact managing appointments, keeping the day running smoothly for our team and families.

Previous medical reception experience is a requirement for this position.

This is a casual position (2-3days) Monday - Wednesday. Some week end work to cover shifts.

Must be avaiable between the hours 7.45am-7.30pm (shifts will vary within these hours)

Handling appointment bookingsand patient enquiries with care and professionalism

Ensuring billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Familiarisation with Medicare billing procedures





General administrative duties, includingprocessing payments(EFTPOS) and managing correspondence.

Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, staff and patients

Provide administrative support to Doctors and management.

Ensure the medical practice is clean and tidy at all times.

Own transport essential.

Excellent presentation and phone manner.

Ability to multi task.

Reliable and punctual.

Ability to work independently.

Experience with medical practice software (Best Practice, Genie, or similar) preferred but not essential.

Understanding of Medicare billing procedures is advantageous.
