About the Role

As an Internal Sales & Warehouse Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of operations — processing orders, assembling components, and dispatching critical parts that support transport and stationary refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

Your focus is simple: get it right, every time — from order processing and part verification through to quality checks and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, assemble, and dispatch orders in line with schedules and customer requirements

- Accurately process orders using internal ERP systems and maintain clear documentation

- Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing prompt, professional support

- Verify parts, identify discrepancies,



and ensure correct labelling and traceability

- Operate tools and equipment safely (forklift, crimpers, cutters, etc.)

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

- Work closely with the team to solve issues and improve workflow

- Follow all quality procedures, safety standards, and PPE requirements

Experience & Skills (Desirable)

- Background in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or parts interpreting

- Proficient with Office 365 suite – Outlook, Word and Excel

- Experience with order processing, stock control, and assembly work

- Familiarity with tools and systems (forklifts, pallet jacks, inventory software)

- Understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement

- Strong communication skills — clear, professional and confident
