Dispensary Assistant – Join Our Friendly Pharmacy Team!

We’re a fast-paced, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to delivering affordable healthcare with a personal touch. Our team takes pride in supporting the health and well-being of our local community, and we’re looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Dispensary Assistant to support our dispensary team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and helping a busy pharmacy run smoothly, with the opportunity to learn current skills and grow within the role over time.

Monday to Friday

9:30am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Assist dispensary staff with day-to-day tasks to ensure the dispensary runs efficiently

Manage stock, including unpacking deliveries, stock rotation, ordering and expiry date checks

Maintain dispensary stock levels and ensure products are stored correctly

Keep the dispensary clean, tidy and well organised

Assist with general administrative tasks and pharmacy workflows

Work closely with the pharmacy team to support daily operations

Follow pharmacy procedures and maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For





Previous pharmacy, retail or stock management experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to take initiative

Someone who enjoys being part of a team and supporting others

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

The ability to stay organised and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A genuine interest in learning more about pharmacy operations and developing new skills
