We are looking for a freelance draftsperson for an existing residential property in Toorak, Victoria, approximately 793 m².

Scope of Work:

- Architectural and interior drafting of existing conditions
- Dimensioned floor plans in DWG format
- Ceiling heights and other relevant vertical dimensions
- Window sill heights, window head heights and door head heights
- Existing furniture layouts
- Site photographs and videos
- North direction and orientation of the property

The project will primarily involve superficial, non-structural changes, with the aim of avoiding works that require council approval. Sections and detailed window or door schedules will not be required; relevant details can be communicated through annotations on site photographs.

Experience working with Vastu consultancies would be a plus.
