About the Role

1-2T van required - Casual Role- 5-6 hours per day We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and responsible Medical Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe, secure, and timely collection and delivery of medical supplies, equipment, specimens, documents, and other healthcare-related items to hospitals, medical centres, pharmacies, laboratories, aged care facilities, and other designated locations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, a professional manner, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Collect and deliver medical supplies, equipment, specimens, and other healthcare-related items in accordance with scheduled delivery requirements.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, securely, and within required timeframes.




- Follow established procedures for the handling, transport, storage, and delivery of medical items, including temperature-sensitive or time-critical consignments where applicable.
- Maintain the integrity, security, and traceability of all items during transportation.
- Verify delivery details, documentation, labels, quantities, and recipient information to ensure accuracy.
- Obtain signatures, record proof of delivery, and maintain accurate collection and delivery records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and protect patient information and sensitive medical documentation.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while meeting scheduled collection and delivery times.
- Communicate professionally with healthcare staff, customers, suppliers, and internal team members.

**Experience with medical transport required
