Located prominently on the corner of Alma and Old Gympie Roads, our $35 million venue is an exciting hospitality destination offering an exceptional range of dining, entertainment and leisure experiences.

Our venue features indoor and outdoor dining, a sports bar with an Island Bar surrounded by LED screens, a state-of-the-art gaming room with 35 machines, a gift shop, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, and an extensive entertainment offering featuring a dedicated stage, electronic dartboards and pool tables.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to lead from the front and oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse, high-volume hospitality venue. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll play a key role in driving operational performance across people, product, training, guest experience and financial outcomes.

With a strong focus on Food and Beverage, you'll lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams through key service periods, ensuring exceptional standards of service, compliance and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys developing people and understands what it takes to run a successful hospitality operation.





The role requires flexibility to work across days, nights and weekends. It's not for the faint-hearted, but for the right candidate, it offers a genuinely rewarding and career-defining opportunity to grow within an ambitious hospitality group.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're looking for a confident, commercially minded leader who leads by example and has a genuine passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- A proven track record of operational success and strong business performance.
- Experience in high-volume bar, restaurant and gaming operations.
- A strong Food and Beverage focus and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- The ability to lead, motivate and support teams across multiple departments.
- A hands-on approach to mentoring and developing management teams.
- Confidence in coaching, providing constructive feedback and delivering ongoing team training.
- The ability to oversee service delivery and ensure all operational procedures, standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Solid commercial awareness, including cost control and achieving financial targets without compromising guest experience or team culture.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.




- Rostering capabilities and previous stock management experience.
- Experience coordinating entertainment, performers and venue activations.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certification.
