Leaping Learners are seeking fully qualified Early Childhood Teachers who are dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic to join our teams in Picton NSW 2571 & Leumeah NSW 2560. Several positions are available.

This is a Fulltime on the floor position for 5 days per week (negotiable)

YOU SHOULD HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING UNIVERSITY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Bachelor of Education
- Bachelor of Teaching
- Graduate Diploma (prior to Jan 2026)
- or ACECQA assessed equivalent

YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO HAVE:
- A thorough understanding of child-safe practices
- Mandatory Child Safety Training
- Current First Aid Certificate (inc ashma/anaphylaxis training)
- A valid Working with Children's Check/ NESA registration
- Child Protection training
- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, NQF, National Law & Regulations.
- A minimum of 2x professional references
- Own transport
- Excellent programming skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management skills,
- Strong leadership skills
