To be successful in this role you will need

Qualifications and experience

Essential

- Current Victorian driver licence.
- Employee working with children check

Desirable

- Tertiary degree level qualification in a business, management or marketing related discipline is preferred.
- Several years’ professional experience preferred, ideally within a small business environment.
- Experience within local government is desirable, but not essential.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with local businesses, industry groups and community stakeholders, and provide responsive support that contributes to business growth and economic development outcomes.

Key selection criteria 2

Demonstrated research and analytical skills,



including the ability to interpret economic data and prepare reports to inform strategic planning, decision-making and funding opportunities.

Key selection criteria 3

Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks, work both independently and collaboratively, and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
