Roles & Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience in End User Computing (EUC), including administration, support, and lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, peripherals, and shared workplace technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, managing configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security, application deployments, device groups, and endpoint governance.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, zero-touch provisioning, device enrollment, build validation, operating system upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Proven ability to provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, resolving complex issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobility, identity management, printing, and network connectivity.
- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and endpoint security solutions.
- Skilled in managing Cisco Collaboration and Audio-Visual technologies, including Cisco Room Kits, Webex devices, meeting room solutions, conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management, including asset tracking, configuration management, hardware procurement, warranty monitoring, equipment replacement, and vendor coordination.
- Experience working with cybersecurity, governance, and compliance frameworks, including vulnerability remediation, security controls, audit support, operational reporting, and continuous service improvement.




- Solid infrastructure experience with Citrix version upgrades, VMware upgrades, Hyper-V upgrades, and Microsoft Entra ID Cloud Connect deployments within complex brownfield enterprise environments, ensuring seamless migrations and minimal business disruption.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in information technology or a related discipline, with relevant experience or substantial relevant experience supported by industry training and certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in an enterprise Service Desk, desktop support or end user computing role, including resolution of complex Level 2 and Level 3 issues.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and supporting Windows Autopilot in a managed enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience administering and supporting Cisco audio visual and collaboration solutions.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, mobile devices and associated enterprise applications.
- Well-developed written communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.

Desirable:

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent current certification.
- Cisco collaboration, Webex or audio visual certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated IT service management experience.
- Experience in local government, the public sector or a complex multi-site organisation.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, PowerShell automation, Teams Rooms or enterprise asset management.
