UniSuper is seeking a capable leader to drive Retirement Servicing during an 8-month parental leave. You will lead the frontline Retirement Servicing team, enhance service quality and ensure solid member outcomes, collaborating with Product, Advice, Operations and Risk.

You will shape capability uplift, manage change, and influence how retirement servicing evolves while remaining close to service delivery for UniSuper members.
