Salary: $130,000 to $200,000 DOE

Generous salary package based on experience and the value you bring to the firm, negotiable for the right candidate. $130,000 to $200,000 DOE.

Our client has a very highly regarded and prestigious practice in Family Law. They have an amazing team currently and are seeking to grow and expand their firm. The culture of this firm is supportive and friendly and is a great team environment. As far as reputation they are well-known household name in the market and have offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and elsewhere.

Senior Family Lawyer:

The role is an experienced Associate to Senior Associate position in family law. You will have a few Junior Lawyers to mentor in the Brisbane Office. Your billable targets will be between 5.5 and 6.5 hours per day.

Practice areas are as follows:





Property Settlements, Parenting Orders, De Facto Relationships, Same Sex Relationships, Divorce And Separation, Mediation, Domestic Violence, Family and Divorce.

What must I have?

- Must have 5 Years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice (other law firms)
- Accredited Specialist highly-desirable
- Ability to achieve billable targets (5.5-6.5hrs) and manage a team of a Juniors and Paralegals
- Good Attitude and Commitment to getting the job done
- Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
