The Gas Cylinder, Hervey Bay's Weber Specialist Dealer. The showroom includes hot water, cooking appliances, smokers, BBQ and gas accessories. We supply LPG exchange gas cylinders to homes and business and offer gas cylinder refills in-store. We service, repair and install gas appliances for home and commercial customers.

Located at 80 Torquay Road, Hervey Bay, we are seeking a person who understands how to deliver great customer service, a confident communicator, value attention to detail, can multitask under pressure and keep a valuable attitude!

This is a permanent part time position: approx. 30 hours per week.

Ideally the successful person will provide:

- Great customer service and be self-motivated
- Administration and retail support
- Data entry using Xero, MS Office applications and Service M8.




- Minimum 3+ years of experience in administration and customer service roles
- Intermediate level proficiency with Xero accounting software

This position is within a small but very busy, family business, so we require an adaptable person who enjoys a hands-on approach and a willingness to take on many varied day to day tasks.

This is a permanent position working at least 4 days per week plus some Saturday mornings, with varied hours throughout the week based on business demands, plus back filling staff on leave from time to time.
