Ricoh in Sydney is seeking a customer-focused field service technician to deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales support, install hardware and software in office and remotely, and train end users.

You will diagnose faults, complete field service calls, and clearly communicate issues and fixes to customers. A driver’s licence and WWCC readiness are required to operate on customer sites.
