Plan and Support Services is hiring a Customer Care (Contact Centre) team member to support NDIS participants, nominees and providers across Australia. You will help navigate questions, concerns and complex processes with a focus on clarity and empathy.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements (2 days in office, 3 days from home) across Adelaide, Brisbane and Chatswood, with a 4-week training program to set you up for success and ongoing development opportunities.
