Cockburn Cement is seeking a safety-focused Fixed Plant Operator to join our operations team in Western Australia. The role involves protected operation of a fixed continuous production plant, converting Quicklime through hydration into Milk of Lime, loading bulk tankers, and conducting basic quality testing.

You will work with a small team and be expected to support continuous improvement, maintenance basics, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
