Job Description Outbound Sales Consultant | $70K + Super + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a confident Outbound Sales Consultant to join our high performing Norwest team. You will connect with prospective business customers, uncover opportunities, qualify leads and secure appointments for the wider sales team. This is a fully office based role, five days per week.

In return, you will receive a strong base salary, an attractive commission structure, a supportive team and genuine earning potential.

Salary & Benefits

- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 + super.
- Uncapped monthly commission.
- First-year OTE: approximately $120,000–$130,000.
- Comprehensive training, including scripts, theory and call shadowing.
- Ongoing support and real-time coaching.
- Clear progression into senior sales, leadership and BDM roles.
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. No weekends.
- Up-to-date Sydney CBD office.

Responsibilities

- Making outbound calls to business owners (high volume).
- Building rapport and having genuine, two-way conversations.




- Handling objections smoothly and naturally, without sounding scripted.
- Asking questions to understand each business’s needs.
- Booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
- Keeping accurate notes in the CRM.
- Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets.
- Learning through regular coaching and call feedback.

- Confident and comfortable on the phone.
- Skilled at (or keen to master) handling objections while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
- Quick on your feet, a good listener and able to adapt to what the person says.
- Positive, energetic and motivated.
- Resilient when faced with rejection.
- Driven by goals and earning potential.
- Reliable and a team player.
- Eligible to work in Australia.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years of high-volume cold calling & appointment setting is preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs.
- Professional, resilient, confident communicator.
