Cabrini Health in Melbourne’s southeast is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for our busy General Medicine unit in Malvern. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive quality improvement, and ensure high standards of patient care while supporting daily department operations.

Applicants should have current AHPRA registration, 3+ years in acute medical or surgical care, and solid leadership and organisational skills; postgraduate nursing leadership qualification is desirable.
