We're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join The Footwear Store at OnePointHealth.

The Footwear Store is part of OnePointHealth, a multidisciplinary healthcare group with locations across Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

Located within our Penrith clinic, The Footwear Store brings together quality footwear, expert advice and personalised customer service.

We stock a carefully selected range of leading footwear brands, helping customers find the right balance of comfort, function, performance and style.

What makes us different is our connection to healthcare. Our retail team works alongside podiatrists and other clinicians to help customers make informed footwear choices, whether they're looking for everyday comfort, work shoes, running footwear or more specialised options.

About the Role

We are searching for an experienced part-time sales consultant to join our team. This position will include permanent shifts across our opening hours on Monday - Saturday, including late nights.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering genuine, personalised customer service and helping customers find footwear suited to their needs.
- Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business.
- Working collaboratively with our podiatrists and other clinicians to support footwear recommendations and patient outcomes.
- Taking ownership of daily retail operations, including stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
- Contributing ideas to improve sales, customer experience and overall store performance.
- Supporting promotional campaigns, new product launches and in-store initiatives.




- Working towards sales targets and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.
- Helping maintain a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment.

Who will be successful in this role?

- Have experience in footwear or retail sales, ideally with at least 3 years of experience.
- Enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering great service.
- Are confident working independently and taking responsibility for your work.
- Have a genuine interest in footwear, health, fitness or helping people move and feel better.
- Are proactive, organised and comfortable suggesting new ideas.
- Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a sense of humour to work.
