Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a VPS Grade 5 to lead Youth Justice research and evaluation, coordinate projects, and develop governance frameworks. The role is based in Melbourne with travel to Youth Justice Precincts, full time fixed-term to 30 June 2027.

The successful candidate will coordinate research governance, translate findings into policy and deliver strategic priorities while engaging government and external partners.
