INDI Southbank is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead repairs across apartments and common areas. You will manage schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and building compliance while providing after-hours support in a rapid-paced, resident-focused environment.

The role requires trade qualifications or equivalent experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance. This is an on-site Melbourne position with after-hours availability.
