Product Marketing Manager – Mid Market SaaS
Join the Growth team of a worldwide leading educational video company. Own how we launch and communicate product value to schools across AU, UK and US.
Full time, 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), from December 2026 to December 2027.
Location: (Sydney / remote / hybrid)
About the role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how we take new products and features to market across our three key regions: AU, UK and US. It's a hands‑on role where you'll run our GTM process end‑to‑end so every release lands well with our own teams and in‑market. You'll also support and drive our customer lifecycle initiatives, with the goal of increasing user engagement.
The role sits in the Growth Retention team and works closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. As a maternity cover, you'll step into established processes and campaigns, keep them running smoothly, and improving them along the way.
In the role you will
- Own the end‑to‑end GTM process for product releases and features, including launch plans, timelines, launch tiers, coordination across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, and internal enablement so customer‑facing teams are ready on launch day.
- Shape positioning and messaging for new features so they’re clear and relevant for teachers, school leaders and administrators.
- Create public‑facing launch communications with our design and content partners: release notes, in‑product messages, launch emails, help centre and website updates, blog posts and social copy.
- Own the ClickView newsletter end‑to‑end across AU, UK and US, including content planning, copy, build, QA, send and reporting.
- Plan, build and send lifecycle email campaigns in Braze, from onboarding and activation through to re‑engagement, including the templates, automations, segmentation and dynamic content behind them.
- Deliver strategic email comms, such as product announcements and key customer updates.
- Track launch and campaign performance in Braze and Google Analytics, run A/B tests, and use the results to improve what we do.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in product marketing, marketing automation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
- Hands‑on experience running product launches or a GTM process, including internal enablement and external comms.
- Hands‑on experience with Braze (essential), including building templates, automations and dynamic content for high‑engagement email campaigns.
- Solid copywriting skills: you can turn product detail into clear, engaging messages for different audiences.
- A good understanding of email best practice and performance metrics.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to pull key insights from data to inform decisions and improve experiments.
- Comfort working closely with product engineers, content managers, sales and marketing to find new ways to deliver value to customers.
- The ability to get up to speed quickly and respond to changing priorities with a can‑do attitude and a growth mindset.
You will be a great fit if you
- Communicate effectively across teams and actively seek out different perspectives to solve complex problems.
- Have a bias for action, take ownership and bring urgency to pushing projects forward.
- Are passionate about using data to inform and improve your work.
Nice to have
- Experience writing HTML and Liquid for email.
- Google Analytics or a similar website analytics platform.
- Experience with Snowflake, Looker or Salesforce.
- Experience marketing to schools, teachers or educators.
- Experience running communications across multiple regions or time zones.

- Extra paid wellbeing and volunteering leave to care for yourself and others.
- Flexible working hours and arrangements to accommodate different working preferences and personal situations.
- 100 days working from a different location for up to 100 calendar days per year.
