As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare's values and standards., * Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming

- Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation

- Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition

- Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds

- Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team
