Melbourne or Sydney | $180k to $200k base + up to 50% commission

About the role

Our client is a well established Australian technology consultancy hiring a senior hunter into its Data, Integration & AI practice. This is a replacement seat, so you inherit a live pipeline and a large managed account base with plenty of white space in data and integration. Not a blank sheet.

What you’ll do

→ Own complex enterprise sales across data platforms, integration and middleware

→ Sell into C suite and senior stakeholders across ANZ

→ Run the full cycle from prospecting to close, mostly hunting

→ Partner with pre sales, technical consultants and vendor teams to shape deals

→ Support the account management team on data and integration opportunities

What you’ll bring





→ 5+ years of enterprise B2B tech sales, ideally data, integration or enterprise applications

→ A track record of closing complex, consultative deals (average deal size $300k to $400k)

→ Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, MuleSoft, Boomi or similar

→ Genuine curiosity about AI beyond the surface level

→ A network you can open doors with

→ $180k to $200k base, flexible based on your current package and earnings

→ Up to 50% commission on top
