We’re inviting expressions of interest from qualified, appropriately licensed and reliable subcontractors to support our growing project delivery operations across South East Queensland.

We want to build lasting relationships with trade businesses that take pride in their work, communicate professionally and deliver on their commitments.

About Delour

Delour Enterprises Pty Ltd is a Brisbane-based contracting business working with principal contractors and field service providers across SEQ.

Our current work includes electrical, metering and residential scaffolding. As we expand into broader construction, utilities and infrastructure projects, we’re building a panel of trusted subcontractors across all trades.

Who we’re looking for

We welcome sole operators and established subcontracting businesses with experienced crews, including:

- Electricians and metering technicians
- Plumbers and drainage contractors
- Scaffolders
- Carpenters
- Concreters
- Fencing installers
- Civil and earthworks contractors
- Other construction, maintenance and specialist trades

Our subcontractor requirements

- A current ABN
- Relevant contractor licences, trade licences and high risk work licences for your scope
- Public liability insurance with a minimum of $20 million cover




- Workers’ compensation insurance where required for your business
- Personal accident and illness insurance for sole traders without employees
- White Cards for personnel undertaking construction work
- A commitment to safety, quality, accountability and skilled conduct
- Capacity to complete agreed work scopes within project requirements
