Lala Jeweller & Events hosts creative and engaging workshops across Current Zealand & Australia, including charm jewellery-making, doggy yoga, cake painting, and other craft experiences. We create memorable events where people can learn new skills, connect with others, and have fun in a welcoming environment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Workshop Host & Facilitator to represent our brand and run events in Brisbane (occasionally Gold Coast.

About the Role

As a Workshop Host, you will be responsible for setting up, facilitating, and packing down workshops while ensuring participants have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up workshop materials, equipment, and venue spaces before events.
- Welcome and assist participants upon arrival.
- Create a friendly, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Demonstrate craft activities such as charm jewellery making, cake painting, and other creative workshops.
- Provide support throughout the event.
- Take photos/videos for social media content (where appropriate).
- Manage stock and workshop supplies.
- Pack down and leave venues clean and organised after events.





We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Confident speaking to groups of people.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and organised.
- Creative and enjoys arts, crafts, or DIY activities.
- Able to work independently.
- Comfortable transporting workshop supplies to venues.
- Available on weekends.

Preferred (But Not Essential)

- Experience in event hosting or facilitation.
- Customer service or hospitality experience.
- Experience with arts, crafts, jewellery making, or similar creative activities.
- Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
