We’re looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to start ASAP.

As part of our crew, you’ll play a key role in civil construction projects across Far North Queensland, including trenching and excavation for sewer, water and stormwater systems.

What you’ll do

- Operate excavators for trenching and detailed excavation work

- Read and interpret council and stakeholder plans

- Contribute to job planning and work closely with the wider project team

- Identify and solve on-site issues to keep jobs safe, on track and delivered on time

- Help deliver an exceptional result to a high standard of quality and safety

What you’ll need

- Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction

- White Card and excavator ticket (RIIMPO320 or equivalent)

- Robust knowledge of civil construction planning and rollout

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude

- Current driver’s licence
