Airlie Beach / Cannonvale | Up to $40 per hour + 12% super

Hey guys!

I'm hiring an experienced mowing operator in preparation for a busy wet season ahead.

I'm looking for someone who has at least 6 months' experience using a zero-turn ride-on mower and whipper snipper in a professional role. This is a hit-the-ground-running position, so please don't apply if you need training on this equipment.

What the job involves

- Working independently across a regular list of residential and commercial properties.
- Completing jobs to a professional standard within allocated timeframes.
- Mostly ride-on mowing and whipper snipping.

What I'm looking for
- At least 6 months' relevant experience.
- Someone reliable, organised and a great communicator.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and looks after their health, particularly when working outdoors in North Queensland's heat.
- No smoking or vaping during work hours.
- Someone who is planning to stay in the Whitsundays and is looking for a reliable, ongoing position.

Pay & perks
- Up to $40 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.

- The full $40/hour rate applies once you're working independently and consistently completing your weekly jobs to the required standard.
- Regular performance bonuses.
- Independence and trust, without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
- Beautiful, well-maintained properties and a lovely, established client base.
- Flexibility and a genuine willingness to work around your life outside work wherever possible.

I value reliability, communication and a job done properly. If we're both on the same page, I'm always happy to work through things together. Trials start next week!

When applying, please include:

- Your experience operating zero-turn mowers and whipper snippers.
- How long you've worked in a similar role.
- How long you've been in the Whitsundays and how long you plan to stay.
- Why you're the right fit for the job.

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
