We believe in growing leaders from within. This role provides a supported pathway towards future opportunities as a Mother Duck Franchisee Owner-Operator for the right person.

As one of our franchisee-led centres, Gaythorne offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the franchisee, gaining hands‑on mentorship, guidance and valuable insight into the operational, pedagogical and business aspects of early childhood leadership.

We are currently seeking a part time passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our Gaythorne service.

Receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from our experienced Service Franchisee, the Mother Duck Support Office team, including specialists in Operations, Curriculum, Policy, People and Culture, and Business Leadership.

What we're looking for

Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education and care service

Current Blue Card

Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation

A genuine passion for high-quality education, leadership, mentoring educators and building strong relationships with children and families
