Lotus People seeks energetic and empathetic Customer Service Consultants to support travellers with travel insurance queries and claims. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls in a busy call centre and provide reassurance in tough moments.

This 6-month temporary role starts in October, with shifts 7am-7pm and 1 in 4 weekends. After training, hybrid work is available with three days in the office per week in Sydney CBD.
