About the role
We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor to lead one of our youth residential care homes, supporting children and young people with complex needs. In this vital role, you’ll oversee daily care, guide a team of residential care workers, and help create a safe, therapeutic environment where young people can feel supported.

This is a Permanent Full time opportunity based in Blacktown, NSW within our Intensive Therapeutic Care program and reports to the ITC Coordinator.
