Accorhotel Melbourne is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee Pastore and Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, delivering luxury two-outlet hospitality with a focus on guest connection and service excellence.

You will lead with a hands-on approach, mentor Assistant Managers and Supervisors, collaborate with Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and Executive leadership, and drive innovation while maintaining peak service during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
