NPY Women’s Council is seeking a Project Officer – Aged Care Assessments based in Wingellina, WA. You will support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Assessment Service, undertake assessments, develop care plans and coordinate referrals across remote communities.

You will work with clients, carers, health professionals and service providers, travelling regularly. The role emphasises culturally safe, trauma-informed practices and independent work within a team-oriented team.
