Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Stewarding Team Leader to join our Culinary team in Australia. The role involves supporting the Executive Chef in leading the Kitchen Brigade, managing dishwashing and back-of-house cleaning, and ensuring cleaning schedules and chemical handling are followed.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays, with unrestricted working rights in Australia and robust grooming
