The Salvation Army Youth Services in Shepparton, VIC, seeks an After-Hours Youth Support Worker for a permanent part-time role of 27.5 hours per week in office. Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, you will provide a safe, supportive presence during after-hours, fostering independence and resilience in young people.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Community Services or related field, have experience in youth homelessness or similar settings, and demonstrate trauma-informed practice.
