About the role To shoot and edit high-quality video for Rize clients, with a primary focus on commercial and industrial property campaigns, from capture through to final delivery. The role is designed for an experienced property shooter ready to step out of high-volume residential work. Projects carry proper briefs, budgets and timelines, and the work is built to sit in a portfolio.

The successful candidate will be measured on output quality, turnaround reliability and how they represent Rize on site with clients.

Key responsibilities

- Shoot for-lease, sales, launch and campaign videos across commercial and industrial property
- Capture interviews and piece-to-camera with agents, developers and executives, including two-camera setups
- Capture drone, stills and b-roll on site, working to shot lists and scripts
- Set up lighting and record clean location audio
- Maintain, prep and pack production kit before and after each shoot
- Follow site safety requirements on active construction and industrial sites
- Own edits from assembly through to final delivery
- Build narrative from interview and piece-to-camera footage
- Colour grade, mix audio and lay music to Rize's standard
- Deliver social cutdowns across 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5

About you

- Two or more years shooting and editing professionally




- Property video experience, residential included
- A showreel that demonstrates both shooting and editing
- Ability to run multiple projects at once without loss of quality
- Confident with clients and talent on site
- Full driver's licence
- Explicit, direct communicator who raises problems early
- Confident on cinema and mirrorless systems, shoots in log, controls exposure and focus manually, and frames with intent
- Runs single and two-camera interview setups, with eyeline, framing and coverage that cut together cleanly
- Lights interviews and interiors quickly on location, including mixed and difficult light in warehouses and offices

We have studios in Sydney and Melbourne and work with clients nationally. Commercial and industrial property is a major vertical for us, working with clients such as CBRE, Charter Hall, ESR and Savills.

We also produce brand films, events, TVCs and documentary series. Everything is shot, edited and designed in-house, so this role sits inside a full production team rather than working alone.
