About the role:

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. You will have proven experience leading people in a manufacturing workplace, with strong fabrication knowledge and the ability to coordinate production activities to meet schedules, quality standards and safety requirements. You will be a hands-on leader who supports their team and promotes an efficient, safe and organised workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising daily fabrication operations to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
- Coordinating work crews, allocating resources and monitoring production performance.
- Identifying and reporting production delays, material variances and quality issues.
- Ensuring products meet specifications, drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Managing stock, materials and equipment to minimise waste and maintain accuracy.

Essential requirements:

- Relevant technical qualification and/or equivalent industry experience.
- 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, previous team leadership experience essential.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and production operations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.




- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- High level of integrity, accountability and discretion.
