MediGroup EBI is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Finance & Administration professional to join our team in Stafford, Brisbane.

During your day-to-day work in this role, you will:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and team members
- Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Reconcile customer payments, supplier invoices and account transactions
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with financial reporting, expense tracking and general bookkeeping
- Prepare and assist with the lodgement of BAS




- Manage stock levels, process inventory orders and forecast purchasing requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records, filing systems and business documentation
- Investigate and resolve operational, financial and administrative discrepancies
- Support efficient business operations through general administrative and finance-related duties
- Demonstrate care and professionalism in supporting clinicians, customers and colleagues

Location: Stafford, Queensland, 4053 Hours: 20–38 hours per week, with flexible arrangements
