Contract Finance Support

- AP/AR processing, raising PO’s, onboarding vendors, month-end & audit support
- Global advertising, media, and marketing services business
- CBD location, 6-month contract, $35-45hr + super

Company Background Our client is a well-established, global advertising and marketing services group supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Based in office in their CBD office (with 1 day WFH availability), you’ll be joining a collaborative team where attitude and communication are highly valued.

The Role

This role is a 6-month Finance Assistant contract created due to the increased workload across the team. Key responsibilities include:

- Finance systems administration – onboarding clients, vendors and brands
- Accounts payable – invoice processing, supplier queries, assisting with payment runs
- Accounts receivable – supporting invoicing and AR queries as required
- Purchase orders – raising and managing PO’s
- Month-end support – assisting with schedules, reconciliations,



audit documentation and general close activities

Your BackgroundTo be considered for this Finance Assistant role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Immediately available with full-time working rights
- 2-3 years’ experience across AP and AR
- Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Prior exposure to a mid- to large-sized ERP environment is desirable
- Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
