Convergint is seeking a full time Lead Field Technician for our Victoria operations in Melbourne. You will provide customer and technical support for CCTV, access control, and IP/cloud-based systems, while installing and commissioning complex setups.

You will respond to service calls, perform maintenance, and generate detailed service reports to support invoicing and cost tracking. On-call duties and collaboration with our remote IT team are part of the role.
