BGIS, Community Housing and Property Services – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support coordination, tracking and analysis of compliance activity across a community-focused residential maintenance contract.

Reporting to the Risk Manager, the role requires maintaining registers, audit actions and corrective actions, and analysing data to identify performance trends and risk issues early. Hybrid, permanent full time with core business hours in South-East Melbourne.
