Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) is seeking a Part‑Time HR Advisor (2 days per week) for a 12‑month parental leave cover at our Melbourne site. You will support managers and staff across the employee lifecycle, contribute to recruitment, HR systems, policy development and organisational change in a fast‑paced, automated port workplace.

You will provide practical HR advice, manage HR policies, maintain the Employment Hero system, coordinate reviews and remuneration processes,
