We’re a hands-on business built on honesty, respect, and care both for our customers and our people. Our Melbourne branch in Hallam, VIC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join the team. You’ll be responsible for diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a variety of machinery, keeping our customers’ equipment safe, compliant, and ready to work.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, earthmoving, and access machinery.

Carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

Conduct scheduled and preventative maintenance both in the workshop and on customer sites.





Manage parts ordering and coordinate with suppliers.

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

Support workshop operations and assist other technicians when required.

Ensure all work is performed safely and to a high standard.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience with access equipment.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s licence
