Sales Assistant to Director | Inner North-Western Suburbs | $66K–$70K Package + Commissions

An exciting opportunity is available for an organised and proactive real estate professional to work directly alongside a high-performing Sales Director. This hands‑on role offers exposure to the full sales process, from campaign coordination and compliance through to buyer management, open homes and auctions.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Campaign & Marketing Management
- Coordinate campaigns from pre-listing through to settlement
- Manage listing marketing and advertising, including liaising with photographers, stylists, copywriters and suppliers
- Review marketing proofs and ensure listings launch accurately online
- Assist with prospecting, including door knocking, cold calling and database calls





- Administration & Compliance

- Prepare proposals, appraisals, open-home packs and pre-listing kits
- Process recent listings and sold files, ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and databases
- Keep campaigns organised and running smoothly

- Sales Support & Client Management

- Liaise with vendors and buyers throughout campaigns
- Assist with buyer management and enquiry handling
- Attend open homes and auctions
- Attend building inspections and bank valuations

What We're Looking For:

- Previous real estate experience in sales or a sales assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownershipAn interest in sales and a desire to progress into a standalone sales role over time

The Details:

- Location: Inner North-Western Suburbs
- Hours: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday, with a half day during the week (5.5 days per week)
- Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Salary: Award base, flexible, approximately $66,000–$70,000 package
- Earning Potential: $90K+ OTE, including commissions
