Working collaboratively with your team during busy trading periods.

Occasionally assisting with deliveries where required and agreed upon.

This is primarily a store-based retail position, with no requirement to attend external event setups.

A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers.

Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

The ability to remain organised in a busy retail environment.

A current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided, including balloon arrangements and hire booking procedures.
